Shortcut Arrows on Desktop - TweakUI fails to Remove them

Almost everybody has downloaded TweakUI  -  it has been very widely advertised.  If you haven't 0 GET IT !!  It is all over the web so just do search.  It places an icon in the Control Panel.  

NOTE:  it has a weird but simple install procedure  - to install it, right-click on the inf file and select "Install"

Now - to fix the problem and get rid of your shortcut arrows:

1. Start/Run . . . RegEdit and remove the following:

2. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile\ISshortcut

3. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\piffile\ISshortcut

4. start Tweak and do a Repair/Rebuild Icons

NOTE: the ISshortcut value may appear elsewhere in the registry. If the above fails, search the entire registry and delete all instances of it.
