How to use Custom HotKeys to Open Programs


You must first have created a shortcut icon to the program - this does not work directly on the exe file.  Then:
  1. right-click on the shortcut and left-click on "Properties"
  2. click on the "Shortcut Key" field to place the cursor there
  3. hit any key, and the word "None" will be replaced by the new shortcut

For example, if you hit "p", the word "None" will be replaced by "CTRL+ALT+P"
