Can't Delete a Network Connection

If you go to Control Panel/Network Connections and want to reinstall your LAN  -  you will want to delete the LAN entry.  But you will receive an error stating "Cannot delete a connection while it is busy".  To get around this:

• go to Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager
• delete the Network Adapter - this will cause the Network Connection to also be deleted
• reboot, and the NIC will be reinstalled automatically
• reinstall your LAN connection using the New Connection Wizard.
