Shutdown without the Prompt's
- Click Start/Run . . .regedit

Navigate to the following Registry key:

HKEY CURRENT USER\Control Panel\Desktop

Find the PowerOffActive entry in the right pane
- double click on it and change the value from 0 to 1
- click OK.
- reboot
